Sunnyside Kits is excited to offer the Express Caboose STEM building project. This is a quality build-it-yourself wooden caboose kit intended for children 3+ years of age. Allow your child the satisfaction of building this high-quality caboose with parental assistance. The assembly process promotes confidence and fulfillment by allowing the child to learn what it means to assist in building something.
Kit includes 47 solid wood parts, 4 nylon washers, sandpaper and a step-by-step instruction manual with QR codes for animation of each step. Your creativity will shine with your own choice of finish. Products for finish (paint, stain, polyurethane, etc. are not included.) Finished caboose overall dimensions are approximately 8 15/16" long x 5 5/8" wide x 7 7/8" high. Safety glasses, a file and a clamp (or a weighted item to help hold in place while glue sets) are required to complete the kit.
