Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at diwhyknotinfo@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 1923 West Ranch Road; Nixa, Missouri 65714-7190. Once the returned item is received, we will refund your purchase price less a 10% restocking fee.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We can then evaluate the issue and make it right. If it is damaged, please e-mail a picture of the damage to the shipping box and the particular part that was damaged. If a part is missing or defective, please e-mail the part number. (All part numbers are listed in the instruction manual.) If you received the wrong item, please e-mail a picture of the item you received in error. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
No refunds are available on digital items sold.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items marked "All Sales Final."

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to e-mail a picture of the incorrect item received. We will then contact you to make sure we get the correct product to you in a timely manner.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
