This STEM building project includes an engine, coal car, tanker car and caboose. Allow your child the satisfaction of building this high-quality train set with parental assistance. The assembly process promotes confidence and fulfillment by allowing the child to learn what it means to assist in building something.
Kit includes 100 solid wood parts, 16 nylon washers, glue, sandpaper and a step-by-step instruction manual with QR codes for animation of each step. Your creativity will shine with your own choice of finish. Products for finish (paint, stain, polyurethane, etc. are not included.) Finished train overall dimensions are approximately 35 1/4" long x 5 3/16" wide x 7 7/8" high. Safety glasses, a file and a clamp (or a weighted item to help hold in place while glue sets) are required to complete the kit.
